Cousins in Cedar City, Utah

It has been so nice on this trip to be able to see friends and family that we would not have seen if we lived in a sticks and bricks house. From Bryce we headed to Cedar City to see my first cousin Steve and his family! It was so nice to talk to April about homeschooling and great for Marcus and Cali to see Michelle, Aubrey, and Ali. Steve cooked us his famous veggies and fried rice. We got to see their horses and beautiful home up on the mountain. Great White hauled us up 2000 feet from Cedar City to their house.  The kids loved the movie theater in their house and Cloe was happy to meet a new friend.  It was hard to pull Marcus and Cali away from their cousins, but we promised to return.

I’ve been traveling with you all the way. Hope you went through the NEEDLES at Rapod City. We didn’t go to Bryce Canyon. Too high for Dick. Went to Zion instead. Have had a wonderful trip with you and didn’t take up too much space on your wonderful home on wheels. We did the same trips. Sometimes away for 3mo at a time. In a Buick LeSabre and camping in motels /hotels/BnBs. Wish we could have done it with our 4kids like you are doing but they will have to do it on their own also. As a former school teacher I think Marcus and Caroline are getting the epitome of an education. Love all your notes-keeping them also. Love and hugs to all. Marnie. 🙋😍

I called our trips “collecting cousins”. I made contact with my 1st cousins in OR and CA whom I had not seen since I was a child. Great time connecting again. We followed Lewis and Clark all the way west also. Good Ed center in Great Falls. Keep rolling and keep us all with you. Love. Marnie
