We had just the best time in Key West. The palm trees and the water were just part of it. The beautiful pool and the morning kayaking were things I could get used to. But we were so glad we had family to share our time with. We played cards and spent many hours playing in the pool. We enjoyed eating at Hog Fish http://www.hogfishbar.com/. Caroline’s http://carolineskeywest.com/ has the best fish sandwiches.
During our stay at the Hyatt Beach House they had a program put on by Marine Science Camp http://www.marinesciencecamp.com/ They actually have camps on the Jersey shore. It was a very educational program. We learned about six different phylums of marine life.
On our last morning we saw four manatees. I guess they came to bid us farewell.
